All services are custom-built and vary by project scope and package.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a successful project, clients agree to:
- Provide necessary materials and access within the agreed timeframe
- Respond promptly to communication requests
- Review deliverables and provide timely feedback
Delays in response may result in timeline shifts or project rescheduling.
3. Payments and Refunds
- Payment terms will be outlined in the proposal or invoice.
- Projects may require upfront payment, milestone payments, or recurring billing depending on scope.
- Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun.
- If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, the client remains responsible for payment of completed milestones or hourly work.
4. Intellectual Property
- Clients retain ownership of their content (e.g., logos, images, text) provided for the project.
- Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment.
- We reserve the right to showcase work samples in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
5. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse this site, including but not limited to:
- Distributing malicious software
- Attempting unauthorized access
- Posting defamatory or abusive content
We reserve the right to block access or report misuse.
6. Limitation of Liability
Scale With Rachel is not liable for:
- Lost profits or revenue due to business decisions made from our services
- Third-party software changes, outages, or disruptions
- Delays caused by client inaction or inaccurate information
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Revisions & Changes
Most packages include a fixed number of revisions. Additional edits or scope changes may require extra fees, billed separately or at an hourly rate.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. Your contact details are never sold or shared without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
